Adoption Interview
We'll reach out to schedule a phone or video call at a time that works for you.

Conduct Interview
A brief call with an adoption counselor to discuss your home, experience, and expectations.

Reference Check
If applicable, we'll reach out to your provided veterinary and personal references.

Home Check
A coordinator will be in touch to arrange a home visit or virtual walkthrough.

Conduct Home Inspection
A short home visit or video walkthrough to confirm a safe environment for your new pet.

Approval Decision
Your counselor reviews everything and makes an adoption decision.

Adoption Contract & Fee
You'll sign our adoption agreement and pay the adoption fee.

Meet & Take Home
Schedule your pickup and bring your new family member home!
