Can online payments help offset the subscription cost?
They can. Starter and Professional include Stripe-powered payment flows where donation pages can let payers cover processing costs first, then allow optional add-on donations with standalone receipts. Rescue Workflow does not promise every rescue breaks even, but these tools can reduce the net cost of online payments and may offset part or all of the subscription for rescues with steady payment volume.
Is this built for small rescues or large shelters?
Both. The platform works for a 2-person volunteer rescue all the way up to a multi-staff professional shelter. Start on Starter, upgrade to Professional as you grow - same data, same history, no migration needed.
Does it sync with Adopt-a-Pet?
Yes. Rescue Workflow pushes your adoptable animals to Adopt-a-Pet automatically — listings go up as animals become adoptable and come down when they go home, no manual re-entry. And Adopt-a-Pet syndicates onward to its partner network, including PetSmart Charities, PEDIGREE Foundation, 24PetConnect, Good Dog, Amazon pet-adoption integrations, Found Animals Foundation, and ZiNG — so one connection can put your animals in front of adopters far beyond a single site.
How do digital adoption contracts work?
When an adoption is recorded, Rescue Workflow generates a pre-filled contract with the adopter's name, animal details, fees, and your custom clauses. Adopters receive a secure link to sign digitally. Fosters are auto-notified when signed, and the adopter receives a pickup scheduling email.
Can fosters access the platform without seeing everything?
Yes. Foster users get their own scoped dashboard showing only the animals in their care. They can log feeding, behavioral notes, and submit return requests without seeing confidential staff data.
Does Rescue Workflow work on mobile?
Fully. The platform is responsive and works on any smartphone or tablet. Intake animals, capture photos, log medical updates, and approve applications from anywhere.
